Course Description

This course is designed to provide participants with an awareness level of knowledge to assess, triage and package patients in a rescue environment. Assessment and triage tools and methods will be discussed, as well as common patient packaging devices, both manufactured and improvised, used to remove patients from a hazard area.

This course is one hour long.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will receive a TEEX Certificate of Completion.

There are no prerequisites for this course.

Course Completion Requirements

To complete this course you are required to have a computer with internet access and view the module in its entirety. For live presentations, you will be expected to participate in all activities during the class and remain in the class until its completion.

Attendance Requirements

To meet attendance requirements participants must review each training module and complete all required course assignments, activities, quizzes, and/or end of course exam.
