Todd named associate agency director of TEEX

Robert C. “Charley” Todd was named a TEEX Associate Agency Director at the December meeting of the Texas A&M University System Board of Regents.

In his new role, Todd will coordinate agency efforts for proposal capture and development, as well as continue duties from his previous post of Senior Health, Safety and Planning Officer.

Todd’s responsibilities include coordination of the agency’s Environmental Health and Safety Program, development and tracking of agency strategic and business continuity plans, facilities planning, coordinating agency efforts for proposal capture and development, and support to the Texas Governor’s Division of Emergency Management for disaster planning.

Previously, Todd served as the Director of the State Domestic Preparedness Division of TEEX, where he was responsible for administering the Office for Domestic Preparedness State Homeland Security Grant Program for Texas.

Todd holds bachelor’s degree and master’s degrees from the University of Utah as well as a Master of Military Arts and Sciences degree from the United States Army Command and General Staff College. He is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with extensive experience in strategic and operational planning.
