Get Started – A Checklist For Veterans

The following documents are mandatory for Veterans who wish to enroll VA education benefit-approved courses.

  1. VA form 22-1995 (change of program/school)
  2. DD214 (member 4 page)
  3. Certificate of Eligibility of Education Benefits (recent). Call (888) 442-4551.
  4. All Military Transcripts
  5. All College Transcripts (Do not have to be certified)
