Course Description

This course is designed to proved participants with the skills and knowledge to operate an aerial apparatus for rescue operations by properly utilizing the apparatus, connection points and devices.

This course is 24 hours long.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will receive a TEEX Certificate of Completion.

Prerequisites

Rope I or equivalent training.

Course Completion Requirements

Must participate in class discussions and activities.

Attendance Requirements

To meet attendance requirements, participants must review each training module and complete all required course assignments, activities, quizzes, and/or end of course exam.

Recommended

Due to the nature of this training, the following courses/items are recommended:

  • Appropriate driver’s license as determined by department
  • Rope II or equivalent
