The following documents are mandatory for Veterans who wish to enroll VA education benefit-approved courses.

1. VA form 22-1995 (change of program/school)
2. DD214 (member 4 page)
3. Certificate of Eligibility of Education Benefits (recent). Call (888) 442-4551.
4. All Military Transcripts
   • Navy/Marines
   • Army
   • Air Force
   • Coast Guard​
5. All College Transcripts (Do not have to be certified)

The Texas Veterans Portal provides veteran-specific state services such as a list of community organizations, easy access to forms such as the GI Bill application or disabled veteran parking placards and FAQs.​

Post-9/11 GI Bill^®

The Post-9/11 GI Bill is a benefit providing educational and training assistance to individuals who served on active duty on or after September 11, 2001. Helpful information concerning the GI Bill can be found at:
